Our experienced instructors are here to support you and ensure your success throughout your fitness journey. We have created an oasis that allows you the time and space you need to focus on you.

I really appreciate how the instructors explain the WHY behind each move, which helps me deepen the impact of every single exercise. I also love how each teacher brings their own personality to their classes. Each instructor is incredibly well-trained and individualizes each workout to those of us in the room. Rather than being something I endure or have to get through, I can honestly say that I enjoy each workout. I've become part of a really supportive community that I know I will stick with!

I first started taking class right after my second child was born, mostly because I'd heard from a friend about how good Honor Barre was for her back pain. I decided to try it out, and I loved how sore I felt after every class and how, little-by-little, I found myself getting stronger and gaining more confidence in myself. The back pain I had through my 20s and 30s disappeared, and my body is the strongest it's ever been. After years and years of disappointing exercise at lots of other places, I feel completely transformed. Honor Barre and all its amazing teachers can take credit for that. I deeply appreciate the bright smiles, warm hellos, humor and laughs, and the affirmations and encouragement that fill the room.

MEET SUSAN

Susan opened the first Dailey Method franchised studio, The Dailey Method Piedmont, in 2005. Prior to launching her own studio, Susan completed her Master Instructor training & certification under the direction of Jill Dailey in 2003.

Here are her thoughts on the mission & vision of Honor Barre:
“Barre combines all the elements of fitness that I have loved for a lifetime: dance, Pilates and yoga. I’ve tried everything, and nothing gave me the results so quickly, efficiently and safely all rolled into one class. The emphasis on alignment and posture has helped me to stand taller, grow stronger and feel more confident.

I am so excited to introduce our next chapter as Honor Barre. We will continue to offer excellent, fresh & evolving barre-based fitness classes. We are committed to offering a warm & welcoming oasis that helps our clients find their most vibrant, strong, and connected selves.”
